My experience working with Master Package has been very positive. From the first time we started doing business with them they have been helpful, communicate very well and when we need anything that is outside our normal order/pickup patterns they work with me to help in any way they can. They seem to only adjust pricing as needed vs. whenever the calendar changes to a new year (and they will make suggestions as to configuration changes we might make to prevent a price increase.) There are very few damage or invoice issues to deal with and when there are they respond promptly and professionally. Very good company to work with.
